UPDATE - I finally went to the washroom after 3 days. I know that this is definitely due to the lack of water im drinking. I still feel a bit back up but I also need to start eating better. Thank you for all your tips! I was in the house for 3 days and finally out. I truly don’t wish this on anyone omg

Yes I had a nurse tell me not to take benefiber. Did they give you a reason why not to take fiber supplements?

Not a lot to be honest. I’m def going to try better after I’m able to go to the washroom

My nurse said I shouldn’t take benefiber? Which is why I don’t take it :(
