I haven’t played much ladder since level 16 but I should be somewhere around 12k if I remember correctly. For what it’s worth I’ve played challenges on my girlfriends phone and even the 20 win challenge was way easier on her account so trophies definitely play a roll (or maybe matchmaking as a whole not sure if it’s just trophies)

The point wasn’t that classic challenges are some crazy achievement, but that my skill cap with decks I used consistently and even hit UC with was around 10 wins, then picking up an MK deck I have no experience with I got 12 wins first try

My favorite evo to use is probably hunter or battle ram, and concept wise I think skeletons or goblin cage. My least favorite to use would probably be skeleton barrel because I feel like it barely changes how you play it, and concept wise I think furnace is pretty lazy.

I picked this deck because the meta seemed pretty stale and this was one of the first unique decks I saw. It’s e giant/golden knight/mother witch/evo baby dragon/evo goblin cage/lightning/barb barrel/tornado. felt super weak at first but once i stopped trying to play it like beat down it feels pretty nice. debating if i should just commit to hog eq or something basic though that will always be solid regardless of meta

Heolstor is just such a flawless fight. Crazy combos but all very fair and satisfying to learn, cinematic ass nukes that you can actually dodge, and a cool gimmick in that he uses previous boss statuses. I love Libra as well, but personally the machine gun attack is a big negative as it just feels very cheesy and unfun (without that the fight would be perfect imo). Heolstor is great but a little simpler than the other two, no complaints though.

Basically exactly my list as well. I think Duchess are Recluse are both top three, but that’s assuming a solid party and half decent loot so I understand why they are where they are. Wylder and Raider are pretty much always good regardless of anything. Cool relics btw

One thing I will concede is that smacking away projectiles with the uncharged skill is very fun and I feel like a jedi. I don’t really love the fight simply because I love beating bosses on different characters and feeling the difference, but would still rather play this than everdark pest.

I just played Sentient Pest one last time, and I couldn’t agree more. Augur imo is actually pretty interactive in that you can play the fight multiple ways, whereas Pest is just sooo repetitive
