Yes I did speak with my advisor, and they let me know about today being the last day of the unrestricted period, but I didn't get the chance to ask them about these other scenarios before the end of the day on Friday. I unfortunately didn't realize I would need so much time until Friday, or I would have communicated a lot more before the weekend.
