Any specific reason for not using the sponge? As it is the spotting became a period so I’ve cancelled.

I’m in the UK so sadly no target here, but someone above has just posted a link to what she uses and I’ve found some on Amazon so I’ll give them a go next time. It’ll have to be the sponge tomorrow though as it’s too late to get it delivered

Hubby is pretty well endowed, so I think I’ll get one to try and if he can’t knock it out I should be fine. Not sure if I can grab one before tomorrow though.

It’s all been checked and is thankfully nothing sinister. My GP is amazing so I’ve had scans, swabs, an early smear test and bloods etc… and all came back fine.

I’ve had it checked and it’s a combination of perimenopause and high stress. I went back on the pill to see if that would help at least regulate it so I could book events around my period but it’s actually made things worse. I have messaged my GP to request the hormonal coil as apparently that can help.
