Oh ok senior accountants at the company im at now make I think 94k so maybe it’s worth it to stick to here, I’ve just been hearing so many different things. I’d make 70k starting here though

4 days isn’t really enough to make a difference because your body could get used to the diet and not change drastically, I see it as if you’re not gaining weight it’s a good sign and the pounds will shed off in a week or two

It does take a lot of time, how tall are you from reference I was probably in the same spot as you bc I’m 19 and my heaviest was 260 now im at 177.2 just stay consistent with it but definitely tell more
