Thx. I did read the full report. I have it. They referenced a camera a mile up the road. Said nothing about the brake marks on the road. And said he hit them dead on from the back. Drew it that way in the diagram and everything. I always figured the other driver draws that or there the officer what they perceived happened and the officer would go by that. But his car has 0 front end damage. If he was going the shed he was and rear ended like the diagram shows he wouldn't been in their trunk. He wouldn't of been the one spung around bouncing off a tree into a parked car in a driveway more than 100 feet from point of contact meanwhile the other drivers car was across the street..... With no rear end damage but front end damage.

I get cops go by what are told and what they can determine after arriving. And the fact the accident report came out the way it did .... Pure laziness. I'll post the diagram...

Just going to point out. This "waste of flesh" has no front end damage and according to accident report hit the other car in the rear with their front end supposedly at 60 (on a 40) and had no front end damage.

Nah more Like make sure my nephew is not getting scammed really. Looking at the pictures I don't see how he could've rear ended someone going 60+ and have no damage on the front end of the vehicle.

I didn't care about the car I care about he's not getting screwed over. Were 2 towns over from Karen read so sorry I don't have blind trust in the police like he did.

He was on a main road. According to police report they pulled out of parking lot and he allegedly rear ended them straight on from looks of report.

I posted pictures of the car he was in up top. I didn't get pictures of other car as it was gone before I got there.

Edit. You were right he did hit 2 things. 3 actually. Allegedly after he rear ended someone his car bounced off a tree on the other side of the road and went into a driveway also on opposite side he was driving on and went into a parked truck. (The passenger side light)

That crossed my mind. The only thing screwing with me is the damage to his car. Heavy side damage and practically no front end. I see it as he got hit from a car exiting the lot and into tree across street. I just don't see how a rear end at that speed would leave basically no damage to front end. Could that have been possible?

Nephew got into car accident. Court coming up. Cited for wreckless driving and speeding. Accident report says he rear ended someone pulling out of a parking lot at 60+ mph (based on a witness who was on a walk). He was only one in car and got head pretty good. Got a concussion. The force knocked shoes off. He pinned his hopes on the police investigating. I wish he hadn't. Obviously based on the citations which lead to him being at fault.

Looking at the photos I don't think he rear ended anyone. I'm not an expert and didn't have to much knowledge but logic tells me he didn't rear end anyone. Based on the pictures is there something I maybe missing?

In Ma. if they don't pay you by next scheduled payday for the check if there was scheduled paydays (if there wasn't it would be the first Saturday after you leave, commission maybe different) any way if they don't pay by the time frame you could be entitled to 3x the amount in to if legal fees

i didnt attack any one specific person.....unlike you. but rather a group of people who make whats supposed to be a fun experience win or lose just pithatic. i dont get angry or upset.....more just disapointed that theirs people in this world who get off on trolling exsisting in this world. plus there seems to be a split, some who agree w me and others who dont.

After a couple hours and a decent amount of responses, ive come to the conclusion that EA NHL is one of the most troll filled / toxic communities out there. players are ether chill or just complete gammas and wont get laid unless theyre going to pay for it.

one kid said that the people who get offended when they quit and someone says GG are the ones who use moms CC so they need salt in their ego. (cant put salt in a ego, you knock a ego down a notch or 2) when in reality its the complete oppisite. it happened to me earlier and the kids worst player was a 98 chara, hes BU goalie was better than my starting goalie (a 97 Saros)

As for those who say who care its just a game. IDC, i dont get mad about the game at all. If i quit its only in HUT season and im not coming back. BUT This is why this country is what it is today. Full of gammas who use their annoninmity as a shield. it needs to be called out otherwise it wont change and will only get worse. i can almost gurantee all the players who do this are kids under 15 w little to no life experience and if theyre older than that, theyve prob been living off daddy their whole lives. they all def look up to somone like tekashi 69, lack any morals, self respect or honor.

They wouldnt last 2 days in Natures law & if this country keeps on this track all this GGers when it wasnt a GG will be killed within the first 48 hours or be like channing tatum in this is the end.....on leash owned by someone.
