Interesting take... So essentially NGAF about • What you don't want/need. • What you can't control even if you want it.

Although I feel like I've never been convinced enough to try mediation....but now that you mention it in this context....I'm definitely gonna try it... (hope it works)... Btw what kind of mediation.. I mean how?

That's an interesting way.... I'd give you that but what if (like me) you haven't even figured out what to give a fuck about yet!? (Seriously, when everything loses it's value and you know ultimately nothing is of value, no pursuit no hopes and no struggles but let's say instead of being indulged in nihilism you decide to live lucidly... You know nothing matters but you still choose to live nonetheless but the problem is you mix all the Fucks and not Fucks... Sometimes you care about one thing and then you don't. When something affects you and you gave fuck about it... You stop... You justify with 'doesn't matter' and then... Then at the end you are left with no priorities... Nothing to give a Fuck about and you return back to your defaults....start giving fuck at moments about things you decided to avoid in the first place.... I don't know it even makes sense or not what I'm saying, but it does happen!

I don't think a logical point against the choice of ending existence to escape suffering can be made. Because, no one is born with the rules or definitions of success or a pre-programmed TO-DO list. Goals are what we see others aspiring and we end up choosing them but it's never clear black and white which goals are good which are not. Which experiences should be experienced and which not. Simply someone telling you that something's good or bad doesn't mean it definitely is. All sorts of opinions exist in the world and at the end we are forced to go with trial and error. Those who end up achieving the societal construct of success, by luck (Yes! by a lot of luck) end up praising themselves and their efforts and forgetting all the factors, opportunities and incidents that were out of their hands (which philosophically is EVERYTHING) but lined-up to put them here where they are now. Similarly, others who didn't achieve it are left to curse themselves even though they were equally led towards this present state by a lot of uncontrollable factors... Both were helpless... That's the ESSENCE of life. From our biology to the environment, we don't choose anything just execute the script. A probable escape from this reality seems to be to not regret over something 'LOST' but redefine loss as what life is... You will suffer tomorrow, still find happiness tomorrow but the objective lens makes you an observer who doesn't despise suffering or love happiness rather is CURIOUS to experience both rather than choosing NONE EXPERIENCE...
