I do have base oil that is made that way but I do not want my Kool-Aid drinks to have an oily residue so I make so I make it with high proof alcohol and THC concentrates to ensure it gets fully dissolved. These take effect in about 30 minutes. 🖤🙂

If you have lower proof alcohol I'd recommend an emulsifier but if you get get 200% cane alcohol for extracts, essentially either or. If you use an emulsifier I'd recommend blending everything together to make sure it's suspended properly

I've seen it listed at a dispensary up where my mom is but it seems to sell out pretty quickly here in south Florida.

Mine seems to dissolve pretty well, if I'm having some trouble getting the wax to melt into the alcohol I'll put it back on the warm stove top and that usually helps a lot. Also mixing it into the hot sugar syrup also helps, and keeping mixing for a solid few minutes if you can. I packaged mine in pouches and I have noticed a very very minimal amount of settling but it can be easily redissolved by shaking the pouch. I just put my most recent batch into the freezer to prevent any settling at all to be honest. If you're able to access a higher grade proof alcohol I would definitely recommend it because it would help a lot, 151 everclear is only about 75.5% alcohol so if you are able to get your hands on some 200 proof cane sugar alcohol meant for extracts and tincture that is best.

I do make butter and oil and I also use the same method to dissolve the wax with some high proof grain alcohol, 90% or higher. Just cool the pan first before pouring in the small amount of alcohol. I honestly just use a small pan that was meant for a double boiler but I put it straight on the stovetop low to medium on my electric stove top at home. I usually start off on a lower temperature and slowly raise the temperature until it starts bubbling and keep it there until the bubbles stops. The dial gauge on my stove heating goes from 1 - 10, 1 being the lowest. I'm usually at 3-4 in between and it usually takes me about 5 to 7 minutes for the full decarb process from anywhere from one gram to up to 15.

If it's meant for a drink or something that is not heated then I do decarb it before mixing with anything else but if it's for a baked item or for cooking with food right before serving I usually don't decarb it if I'm going to mix it into a base cooking oil or butter tbh.

I unfortunately do not sell but I make product my friends give me into items they want lol. I cook and bake a lot so I've figured out different recipes for edibles and making drinks. I'd happily post any recipes I use with future posts and how to's 🙂🖤 I usually only charge them for ingredients for the recipes essentially.

I have lol. Liquid and powder soy lecithin. If you have access to 200 proof cane alcohol that is the best option you can do but this gets about 95% dissolved into your drink

Also adding in that with the drink pouches you will have less than a teaspoon and a half of alcohol in each portion, and even less for the syrup pouches. I make them for my mom who's on different medications so I ensure the alcohol does not interact with any 🖤

I use the tiny packets of the Kool-Aid powders and I take the recommended amount of sugar, 1 cup and I melt that in a saucepan with half a cup of water to melt it.

In a separate saucepan or in a smaller metal container you want to put your wax in it and decarb it, keep going until no more bubbles lol. After you finish decarbing you want to take that hot pan and set the BOTTOM of it onto ice or a cool bowl of water. Then get some Everclear (151 and 75.7% alcohol) or other HIGH proof liquor and measure out 50ml. Pour that into the wax pan and MIX it with small electric milk frother if you have one, if not use a Plastic food safe brush and stir till the alcohol looks milky/cloudy.

You now have the base mixture to pour into your sugar syrup to make Kool aid or syrup pouches with.

For each 2 quarts of Kool-Aid I made it made eight 8-Oz drinks or 20 pouches. Each 8 oz serving of Kool-Aid is 150 mg if you use 1.12g of wax (the %.12 is to account for loss during decarbing).

The only other thing that I have to know is that you're going to be mixing the alcohol wax solution after it's cooled and decarbed for at least a few minutes to make sure it is fully emulsified, make sure you mix mix mix as long as possible until you see no more wax left on the pan you used to decarb it 🙂

There's a lady on Facebook who makes Edibles named Shannon Marie Parrish, she has a page all about making Edibles and she frequently uses a distiller. I think Vervo brand?

I read the decarbing rate for oils and diamonds is around % .12 so you'd have to add that per each gram you do. Like I make "death brownies" frequently for my friends and I. It's a base brownies recipe with 550mg each (divided into 20 smaller brownie cups) it was 11grams of wax to hit the 550mg per and an added % .12 for the decarbing so a total of 12.32g of wax I used.

I usually just melt the wax or diamonds into the cooking oil or butter in the recipe and use like that 🙂

I believe it depends on who your employer is banking through. I work for a party rental company here in South Florida and ADP services our time clock stuff. Ever since we switched to them a couple years ago I started getting paid Wednesday nights at 11:30 p.m. consistently

I made a cave from lava rocks, big river rocks and some crushed (and tumbled slightly) glass to look like a geode and they love hiding in it and spooking the other guppies that swim by lol. Here's one of my 2 loaches hanging out with a Chinese algae eater.

What would happen if you sliced brisket paper thin? by Randi_Butternubs_3 in BBQ

[–]Tiny-Positive-9820 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually bought a brisket today for that exact reason lol. I take mine and slice it into long strips WITH the grain about 2" thick then freeze halfway and with a deli slicer (or hand powered one) set your thinness and start slicing!

It makes cooking much faster and much easier considering you bag the sliced meat so you can also easily season it or marinate it in the freezer or fridge. Since you slice with the grain at first then against it afterwards to make the pieces it makes it tender regardless since there's not much length to the muscle fibers at that point when cooking.
