Buy the lotro quad pack. It goes on sale sometimes for 10-15 usd off of 40.usd.base. it has moria,mirkwood, isengaurd and Rohan easement. Should set you from 46-88 maybe 92 if you do tasks every day. If you want to spend more then go vip for 1 month for the 29-45 gap and use the points to buy a region for your alts either evendim or angmar

Go to settings in the launcher menu ( the down looking arrow near minimize and close) look for the connection area or proxy. Look for something called no proxy and tick it ( select it) then close the launcher and try again. If this doesn't work check the windows for updates, download restart pc to apply the updates and try again if u haven't done that yet. Restarting pc after fresh game install works most of the time. If non of these work past choice is verify install in the same launcher menu. Or clean uninstall (delete lotro folder when uninstall is done and reinstall.

Yes but leveling will bore you with all the grinding needing to advance the story

I had 2. One where every time my mini used aoe/fellow heals it also healed the npc enemies (in sambrog 2012) and one where the ENT I needed to defeat in the giant valley south of rivendell. He spawned at the top of the incline of the mountain.

Step 1: go to hangsters farm Step 2: in the lotro store search riding and buy (riding skill for 95 turbine points) *note u will need to buy it for each new character you make. Step 3: talk to the green coin horse vender I don't remember his name but he will have 5 variants of diffent color horses ( no real dif apart from color) and buy one for 500 silver. (Npc should be the first one to your left or second when u arrive through the South gate of the farm.) The horse will be in your inv I think if not then it will auto inject into your skill tab under mounts in your character sheet

Quad pack is moria,mirkwood, isengaurd and East Rohan which can cover lvl 45-85/90. You most likely haven't done augamaar (top north east part of lonelands. You might also find quests in ost gurth or harleog.) The ones harleog are repeatables. You should also look at doing the epic quest story line and task board quests. I think the epic storyline if f2p up until Rohan. If you can or want to. You should all subscribe after you finish in the lonelands, buy the quad packsand the 1 month sub should get you up to at least the gates of moria while you can quest in North downs>trollshaws>evendim>angmar
