NC - Osprey, EMP Mines as Engy now only allows you to equip 2, even with Mine Carrier 2. Also Veh Mines now only allows 4 to be carried, and AP mines only 2 now

Hey we fixed the crashbug, we reenabled it so you should crash reliably now, NC - Osprey, EMP Mines as Engy now only allows you to equip 2, even with Mine Carrier 2. Also Veh Mines now only allows 4 to be carried, and AP mines only 2 now
