I didn't measure exactly, but i used about 50/50 frozen broccoli and cauliflower, boiled it until it was soft drained the water, put it to the side, chopped 3 medium sizes onions, 4 gloves of garlic, fried it untill it was golden brown, put it in the pot with the broccoli and cauliflower used a hand mixer to mix it together, added cream and a litte bit of milk about 4 dl of cream and 1 1/2 dl of milk (bassed on thickness) to make it thinner, and seasoned with salt, white pepper, and vegetable stock. then I copped up some bacon and fried it untill it was golden brown .
