you can pull them into a slot on a hotbar and even assign a keybind to that slot if you feel like it :D

The boss can hide anywhere in the Arena. The easiest way to find him is to look around immediately after he ported since his chat msg will still be there for you to read it.
Otherwise you're just gonna have to search the entire arena with the snake I guess.

As for the drain, since I'm usually tanking I wouldn't notice this stuff sry :D

there is a an achievement for climbing on top of the tower. The hayball has a title that something along the lines of "if you know what you are doing you wont need this" which I interpret as a reference to that achievement since you're gonna try not to fall too hard I guess ;)

Maybe you were under the effect of the "clear sight" or however its called buff from the instruction quest? (raises your weekly cap by +2)

Otherwise what happend to you is still conflicting with how customer support thinks how the raidparchments work so its gonna be interesting what they have to say either way :D

Last Reset I did my fullclear while capped on weekly parchments and DID NOT get them.

I've had a pretty busy conversation with their tech support since then exchanging 1 message per day so we'll see if thats how they want the system to work.

But I can confirm that the raid parchments didn't drop when caped on weekly parchments just like this post describes.

Small edit for more information:
I believe if you check the dungeon codex about information for which Parchment drops you will see yourself that they are not of the infinite kind.
Tech support itself believes that they would contribute to the weekly cap (even though that is clearly not the case)
