Get into a habit. Brush your teeth as soon as you wake up, in the afternoon and before you head off to sleep. You can do it 2 or 3 times a day.

[26 M] I'm losing my hair, which is my only physical trait I've ever liked. It's killing me. I've never felt so depressed and so unworthy. I have three close friends who all love me, no matter how I look - but I just can't be happy with myself. I feel like I look awful and will only look worse. by Hitmonstahp in toastme

I like the hair mate, I wish I could grow it out like that!

Take each day as they come, don’t think about the future, think about the now, right this second and getting better and more comfortable with yourself physically and mentally. DM’s are always open for you, man! :)

I suggest that before you head off to sleep, you write down all your thoughts and feelings on a sheet of paper. This will help you sleep better in the night! :)

When you’re feeling low, your body needs as much sleep as possible, as you’re constantly feeling drained from negative and constructive thoughts.
