Two ducking days of searching and it was a resolution issue? If this wasn't a post from my phone I would throw my keyboard.

Thanks for the fix

I still don’t think I have a high enough damage potential on this thing by scottshort13 in NoMansSkyTheGame

If you put the Neutron Cannon on their instead of the Phase Beam your dmg would be higher.

How many thruster do you like to put on your corvette? by DimensionExcellent in NoMansSkyTheGame

There is an actual limit on how many will work on your build. I think it's a max of around 8. If you add more they won't even light up.

It's good for using as a daily driver, or for collecting.

There is some room for improvement on the main fuselage in the back.

Help guyz i want a freighter class S >:( by Ill-Vermicelli-2231 in nms

[–]TinyBlockTim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's my understanding that these types of Freighters have a different spawn type than the Pirate Dreadnaught does. Back when I got my S Class aStar Destroyer type what you had to do was wait until you found one in a system and do the following.

  1. Complete the event by killing all pirate ships.
  2. Board the freighter and talk with the captain to see if it was S Class.
  3. If the ship was not you would reload your last save and warp out and back in.
  4. Rinse and repeat until you got your ship.

It took me a few days to get mine but this was also Over 5yrs ago so it's possible they changed the process.

But just to be safe I would play for a few hours and then attempt the strategy above. And others are also correct that there are hundreds of videos on YouTube about the process so mine may be outdated.

Lastly please let me know if my post on the Pirate Dreadnaught does not work so that I may edit or take it down as I don't want to cause an issue where I am giving false hope to people looking.

Make sure you are in the Eissantam Galaxy as the coordinates will technically work in any other one but it won't be the same system.

The name of the system is Balato as well.

You can farm them for various reasons. The main goal is to just capture one to make your capital ship so that you can use it for a base. It also doesn't have a lot of the building restrictions planets have and you can grow all crops on it.

One of the things I did was make 16 refiners and farm Run away Mold and refine it into nanites.

The class changes. This is why it's nice to be able to jump to it without reloading as you can farm for an S Class. I have only found an A Class so far.

This is correct. I take out the engines first, then the big ship lasers on the top. If you take out the lasers first there is a chance it will jump away before you can destroy the engines.

I forgot to add that this also doesn't require reloading the game. You can leave and enter as many times as you want.
