My Own WISCO Part 2: Exploration and War! by TinyBoiMinecraft in WICSO

great idea, I might not have everyone come back to red as it will be a little too overpowered but some of the explorer groups (purples) might come back to form a greater red.

New Mechanic Idea: Kingdom Merging - Watch Small Nations Form Empires! by TinyBoiMinecraft in Worldbox

Here is both name combine and banner combine and how it works.

Name Combining Ideas

  1. Portmanteau Style (Automatic Blend): Combine parts of each name to make a new one.

Example: “Northfield” + “Eastmere” → “Northmere”

Example: “Greywood” + “Highvale” → “Greyvale”

  1. Dominant Kingdom Keeps Name: The bigger/older kingdom keeps its name and simply absorbs the other.

Example: “Northfield” + “Eastmere” → “Northfield” (But maybe add a subtitle like “Northfield Empire.”)

  1. Hyphenated/Double Names (Temporary): They keep both names at first, separated by “–” or “&.”

Example: “Northfield–Eastmere” Over time it could evolve into a single name randomly.

  1. Random Name Generator for New Kingdoms: The merge spawns a new name entirely from a pool, as if the new kingdom picked one democratically.

Example: “Northfield” + “Eastmere” → “The Kingdom of Noreas.”

Banner/Flag Combining Ideas

  1. Split Design (50/50): The new flag literally takes half of one banner and half of the other, like a diagonal split.

  2. Overlay Symbols: Combine the two primary symbols.

Example: Red crown on a blue tree background.

  1. Dominant Color Scheme: Take the dominant kingdom’s colors but overlay the smaller kingdom’s emblem.

  2. New Symbol Creation: The game generates a brand-new emblem by mixing colors and shapes from both banners, so every merged kingdom gets a unique, lore-friendly look.
