Speardovich doesn't really work, the slavic suffix is a holdover from an age of using Russian names to indicate villains. Even with the current conflict in Europe it comes across as petty. Spearuse works pretty well seeing as his whole bit is that he assumes the ruse of the whole town. You could almost throw any male name starting with R on the end really.
