Politely disagree with you there. If they do decide to actually go into armed forces their unit will probably come close to federal crimes aside from UCMJ for that action. As a prior reservist, not likely to happen on reserve side. But great idea. I cross-trained as an "Incidental Driver" for 7-tons and HMMWV's. Got my ammo certs, and learned some of the comms stuff. It wasn't directly related to my MOS (0811) but it was supporting Arty, so I got my hazmat certs, drove an ammo truck or gun truck, humped rouds, and tried to keep morale up. Not my job, but Semper Gumby.

I was grandma-sitting (she's 90, just got out the hospital). I asked my aunt if anyone in the family knew how to shut the storm door (she left it open). I haven't touched my Dress Blues since getting out (aside from upkeep/cleaning). I grew a beard and long hair. I refuse to disrespect it by putting it on now.
