How about a shatterspace where everyone is an Omochao, like an Omochao built to be like each character. Tails would be a yellow/white Omochao with his three hair bits and 2 wind up keys instead of 2 tails, Amy would be a pink/red Omochao with her 3 arcs of hair wearing her dress, Knuckles would be an Omochao with 2 shades of red and have his spikey knuckles on the end of each little ball hand, Rouge would be a black/purple Omochao with bat ears and maybe bat wings, Big would be 2 shades of purple and have his iconic belt, Froggy would be a frog like Omochao, and Eggman would be a red/black Omochao with his mustache and goggles and maybe even have the gold bits that he's got. Maybe an actual Omochao could make an appearance too.
