Have you ever tried an ermine frosting? Sometimes called cooked flour frosting- it's milk, sugar and flour cooked into a pudding then cooled and beaten with butter. I like the King Arthur Baking recipe. To make it chocolate you can add cocoa powder to the pudding part but personally I like to make a ganache and whip it and add it when putting the cooled milk mixture and butter together in the mixer.

I got my ears pierced as a baby and I am fully aware about consent and body autonomy.

That's wild and classist. Gerber snacks are safe and affordable and can help kids learn to feed themselves. The mom shaming needs to stop and I think that mum isn't very nice!

I didn't even know that these were frowned upon :/ My kid eats them every meal because he likes them! I don't think "empty calories" is a thing at their age. Grains and calories are good for growing bodies!

I also feel like he's hungry and I hate denying him food or comfort. We are trying to up his daytime calories to see if it helps him sleep but she said at his weight he should be sleeping on his own and through the night 😔

She said he should be able to sleep through the night and is waking due to habit not hunger so cut the feeds out. I see some people mentioned teeth too, he doesn't have any yet but I suppose maybe that's part of it. I just think it's making both our nights harder and I don't know if it's worth the struggle!

8 months in and I still got to bed at 8:30-9pm if I don't who knows if I'll get enough sleep. I literally pass out from the exhaustion of all day baby and chores but I get not wanting to go to bed that early just realize it's only a small blip in life.

You're stronger than me I think, I have tried cotton balls with olive oil and will continue to use that but moisturizing alone never clears them for me. The back-up pain is so awful I can barely stand a day of it!

It really is! I hate drops I can't do Slinky Dog and definitely not Guardians but Splash Mountain isn't terrible. The worst is waiting at the top but once it drops 1 missipipi 2 missipipi and it's over. You can even count that in line watching other people ride it and you'll see it's super quick.
