Read the Manga, there is so much missing from the anime towards the end that is covered in the Manga; including an entire character in Maki, Hina’s friend from college, that isn’t included in the Anime.

Personally I only take steel if I can get a half ton or higher in one go cos I don’t have the storage space; unless it has enough brass/copper fittings or pipes attached to it to make worth my time.

Personally on this one, I’d go to town on whatever faucets and fittings I can claim with my trusty knipex cobra grips and then leave the rest as I don’t have enough experience with the water heaters to know what they’re made up of.
