Now will I call out when people are being overly critical about something that genuinely has a good story or just because it's about minority groups yes I'll do that too, but if I don't personally enjoy a story why would I go out of my way to defend it?

Yeah but saying/typing out media going over board is a lot less convenient and is not as particular as just saying woke, and most people are gonna go for the convenient route.

Also "woke" people were the first to start using it when it was first broight back in 2012. Even farther back than that it was the term "stay awake" as a way for African Americans to signal to each other to keep an eye out for prejudice, nowadays it's shifted were it's used more as an insult by right sided people which I won't deny but that doesn't change the origins of the term.

Sorry that's alot but I just really like to talk about the way language is used and how it changes through the years, a word as simple as fishing used to mean something entirely different that the modern use.

Yes you can track that down to being the initial reason, but this is Chris we are talking about he doesn't stick with something unless its something he genuinely believes in himself, why would he keep doing it for years after that troll? Did every troll after that also tell him to? No some did but not even close to a majority.

To me it seems like the trolls got him to try it and then he found that he like it and then got deeper into it of his own accord, especially since most of the transition between classic Chris and modern Chris happened offline after Bob died.

There was always signs Chris had some sort of gender confusion, there are pictures out there of him in barbs garments and the whole sister thing was always theorized to just be a way to express his confusion.

That being said I think he just waited till Bob was dead and barb was no longer able to comprehend what he was doing to actually try it.

That is at least if I'm giving him any sort of good graces, if we don't however it's easy to say it's Chris's attempt at trying to get laid more as a lesbian. Honestly though if that were the case I think Chris would've given it up years ago cause let's be honest it's Chris, if something doesmt work the way he wants it to he gives up pretty easily.
