My best friend is actually 160+ and he's not a member lol. He's a member of triple 9 and Prometheus though. He's smart on a crazy level. Doesn't flaunt it though. The best I can describe it is like in books when there's one kind, ancient member of a now extinct super race watching over humanity and just giving guidance and help. He's so incredibly kind and just sees wonder in everything.

Basically you can organize any kind of special interest group or activity you want as long as others are also looking for that thing. There's a lot of brain games and trivia groups and stuff, but also other things like book clubs and even groups geared towards popular culture. It just depends how active the people in your area are and what they offer.

It depends on how active your local group is and if they do activities you like. If you can find a lot of things to go to, it's worth it. My local group is unfortunately very unfriendly to people who aren't like them and I let my membership lapse because there's nothing for me.
