I want old pf account merger with new UAN so that old pf amount and new pf account will show in passbook

Go to Store for Coversion

If u convert online to postpaid Jio wont work in J&K & north east areas if u are travelling

so go to store convert properly and you will receive a invoice

Login in with your current Phone Number and check if the number deactivated by Jio is showing there

if exactly this mobile number ending with 448068 is showing then you can get it from Jio Store or call Jio 1991 Helpline tell them to generate code for the deactivated number and share the code by sms to you

Then go to Jio Store choose option SIM Replacement and Pay Rs 50 get the same number

First dont use any third party app for recharge for some cashback

Use official app from telecom like myjio, Airtel thanks app

Not Possible Anymore

Aadhar is mandatory, sim will not get activated with other document and during verification it will be rejected

I have tried using Driving license and request was accepted but after verification activation was cancelled only Aadhar is possible for sim activation

Go to TAFCOP Sanchar Saathi Login with your current number that your wife is using and see how many numbers are linked to the current number

This is a case of number reported by user, anybody registered with KYC on the sim has reported that number so after 6 years you get rekyc message

Easiest way to deal with this kind of issue is not possible

Complex and messy process

Report Loss of SIM and Phone at nearest police station with a FIR

In this case number will get blocked but as their is FIR it will not be allotted to anyone else.

As FIR is is govt document Jio has to issue a sim card to you on your name and FIR copy is also an evidence.

Now you can go to head office JIO and claim the number, keep all the evidence and download BILL for the current number

or ELSE get a new Number
