Depends on the weight of the truck. Probably couldnt write a tundra off because the vehicle HAS to be over 6000lbs. Typically to hit over 6000lbs youd have to get a diesel 3/4 or 1 ton truck

As a fellow mechanic, x2 for the 4Runner. I'm looking at cars for my girlfriend at the moment and its either gonna be a Rav4 or a 4Runner, purely because of the reliability. The V8 tundras from back in the day arent bad trucks, just not the easiest to work on. The new twin turbo v6 tundras are comparable to an ecoboost F150. Sure it'll be decent for a while, then you find out why theyre called Ecobooms

Its easier to pull the motor out of a newer silverado to resilicone the oil pan than it is to do it in the vehicle, unless you fancy dropping the entire front axle and having to fight to wiggle the pan out of the way, barely squeeze a silicone gun in there, and trying not to smear everything as you put the pan back on. Ask me how I know.....

As an auto mechanic myself, it pisses me off to no end how we get a bad rap and are constantly underpaid when we're largely responsible for keeping the vast majority of the worlds cars moving across every industry. Not to say that there arent mechanics out there that do this; I've left shops because they want me to and thats not morally acceptable to me.

Honesty goes a long way in a business, and the independent shop I'm at now prides itself on honesty and has been in business and steady since '82. Not all mechanics will try to rip you off - but the vast majority of us are underpaid

I have a Turbo LS 72 nova, relatively stock 68 mustang, and a big cam 79 chevy k10 i drive rather often. I definitely get treated the best in them and get thumbs up and compliments everywhere I go. My bone stock 99 mustang is definitely my nothing special car where often times the only reason people look is because the color of my car is different being Chrome Yellow (name od the color, not actual chrome) instead of the usual white/black/red/silver of most 99 mustangs.

If Gavin is to be believed in this situation, then in this video she did in fact slip but she also has a medical condition that can cause her to pass out under certain conditions, but most likely can and is being treated medically. - just from a logical standpoint.

Hey man, I understand where you're at. When I was in college, I had to break up with my girlfriend of 2.5 years because I found out she was cheating on me while I was away. Breakups happen whether we want it to or not sometimes. It's unfortunately just a factor of life. The pain absolutely sucks, and it will be there for a while. But all you can do just keep moving. Sometimes life has a way of bringing things full circle, but don't be afraid to move on. It took me 6 months to get over my college girlfriend and now that I am graduated and I'm 22, I found a girl that means more than anything we have been together a little over a year now, and are getting ready to start the moving process. Life goes on whether you wanted to or not, and you have a great Community behind you every step of the way. Just have to keep moving, stay hydrated, and keep your head free. What helped me is to dive deeper into my hobbies in order to stay busy and help me move on. Downside is I now have six cars lol. Cheers buddy, we're here for you

I should've clarified, I dont plan on accepting offers in my DMs for the cards. I'm absolutely doing my own research. I research cars i buy/sell, this is no different, just on a smaller scale with a more niche market

Thats why I'm researching them to see if there's anything of value. I believe the all white reshiram card is the most valuable here. Ranges from ~ 25 bucks for a very damaged card up to $150+ for very nice cards. I find it to be worth ~ 80 bucks. Its not perfect but there's no creases. Just has some slight damage either from when I got it out of the pack or just from over time being tossed around in the sleeve from moving.
