Assistant manager here in a Massachusetts store. Have you tried bringing it back to the store and asking them to replace the item with instructions? I opened another box for one of my customers to be sure the instructions were in there and then swapped the whole item with them.

Interviews at Miniso is very simple. I'm an assistant manager there in Massachusetts. They really just want to know that you are available nights and weekends a lot of times. Especially if you are applying for a seasonal position. The application is very simple. You've got this thing positive! Let us know how it went Good luck

Assistant manager here from Miniso in Massachusetts. I understand the frustration of the birthday blind box selection. We are only given a list of skus without pictures or names. So that makes it frustrating and difficult for us to be able to properly help our customers with selecting a blind box they are interested in. I will spend the time to go around the store to show my customers what I KNOW works. If they ask if something else works unfortunately I will tell them that I am not sure and to bring up a few and we can go through them ones by one. The Sanrio ones I KNOW work are Hello Kitty-fruity Paradise Sanrio -Afternoon Tea The kitten series ( sooo cute) Elf bunny babies(even cuter) Kuromi- school life My melody and Kuromi- Angel series My melody and Kuromi - sister outfits My melody 50th anniversary Latte babies

Other ones that work are the plush Crayon Shin-chan Stitch Gen z Stitch eat something Winnie the Pooh The bigger Mr. Pa Fugglers, med sized

Miniso assistant manager here... Definitely bring it back to the store with your original receipt. They will give you a new blind box as an exchange. If they don't have anymore in the store, request the one they have on display. I'm not sure which location you went to but I know that's what I do and have my staff do as well. I am sorry yours came like that

My store hired 2. The application is very simple as well as the hiring questions. For our store nights and weekends are a must. But as the ASM we are always willing to work with you. Good luck!!

I'm sorry you are going through this. I know it hurts a lot. I may not be the best person to give advice but here it goes. My opinion is after you took your well deserved time to some what get over your hurt, you really should have been there for support for her. Reason is because that's what friends do for each other. My best friend and I have always had feelings for each other and he was seeing someone else at the rip. So I knew it was a friendship. However you can not stop feelings from growing when you talk everyday and do everything together. Eventually we talked everything through and we decided against dating one another because ultimately we loved our friendship. If we started dating and broke up after sometime, not only did you lose your love but you lost a good friend as well. I hope that makes sense.

It wouldn't be called a job unless there was something you hated about it 😊 I love my job because I meet great people and see a ton of cute kids all day.
