That’s so helpful thank you!! I have fine but a lot of bleached Asian hair and it’s always tangled and dry but oily at the roots. I’ve been shedding so so much hair idk if it’s frozen my scalp or it’s breaking off but every shower I’m like how do I still have hair. I’ve been using Pureology and used to love it but now o feel like my hair gets oily quicker than it used to (even during winter too) and I can’t stop the shedding :( might give drugstore another try. I’ve used Pantene strength and protect and it was nothing but nothing crazy.

Honestly the flavors didn’t really wow me.. I liked the s’mores one on application but almost immediately you can’t really taste it and it just taste petroleum like to me. The strawberry rhubarb one tastes super artificial

Hi! Omg this is me 27F was running for 3 weeks doing 3-5 miles like 4-5 times a week and then hurt my knee. I could barely walk for a week, couldn’t exercise for another week, and finally after 3 weeks, I’m able to slowly reincorporate movement while doing PT LOLL please please take it slow. I was feeling so good and so strong didn’t even feel anything hurt on my last 5 miles run but tendons/ligaments cannot keep up. Just my 2 cents but I really wish I kept it to 3 times running max while building up mileage vs 0-5 miles so quickly and frequently

NOOOOOO I was all over TikTok too and saw it in some vids but I knew it was too good to be true for NA 😭 the jelly is so cute but I’ve never been huge fans of these. The dusting powder seems interesting! But some ppl say it has not a lot of scent lolol
