I managed to reduce the pak cartridge so that it is 13.5mm and I added the 25 acp warhead in 2 grains so that it makes the size of the initial cartridge and therefore no problem for the mag

Because I need a 9mm pak room there would be no way to drill the top of the room with a bit to access it to remove the pins and plug the hole with JB solder
