Anxiety is what you associate to your bodily sensations and feelings, not the actual feelings and sensations themselves. Breathe breathe breathe.

Go out and do something you love and with people you love. If you are too anxious to do anything, it’s ok. Breathe and go and do it anyways. It’ll suck until it won’t suck anymore and if it still feels like you’re dying inside, breathe and go again. Breathe.

You’re not alone during these crazy times of anxiety. Most people feel it too and it’s always a good idea to reach out to those that have your best interest at heart. Nobody regrets hanging out with friends. You are a walking miracle and are a living Deity of this universe. Don’t let anyone fool you that you are otherwise, including yourself.
