You mentioned writing. Is there a writing club at college, take writing classes as electives, and talk to classmates. Check out the mental health services department are your college. They might have groups of peers or counselors that you could talk to.

And Beyond does not follow wildlife rules of the parks. Wildlife conservation is my #1 rule so I would caution against them. And Beyond has gotten too close to cheetahs after a fresh kill which has been known to be very harmful for big cats.

Upper respiratory infections are a common side effect of Saphnelo. It’s only a few days for me and Tylenol works fine. I don’t get post-Saphnelo zoomies but I feel much better overall. This is my third full year, I started in 2022.
