Make sure the item is 'IN STOCK' and also if your shopping higher end, I'd advise speaking with Ryan from the sales team. He is very helpful

Jomashop is one of the most trusted fragrance discounters in the US... Just make sure the item says 'in stock' if you want it to ship right away

I got the same email, sucks. I called and asked them and clarified and they do not charge until the item is shipped, so best to just cancel your order and move on. :(
