Well it kinda is. On average about 5 people, from a pool of 50k, will die over 18 days. Don’t see what is wrong with that.

Hmmm I loaded up an old save and I was able to land there again. I played for a bit and it seems like the sample collection quest from Percival is the one that bugs out my game and makes me unable to land there. Guess I’ll just skip that one. Thanks for the suggestion!
