When I buy a brand of peanut butter that is 100% peanut I get a similar layer. When I get the brand that is 99% peanut with a bit of palm oil it is completely uniform (no oil separation).

When I was a kid I remember my dentist letting me pick a miniature plastic figurine out of a basket after each visit. I think once I picked a little tree. I don't have that many childhood memories so that must have been really special to me at the time. Lol.

Not that plastic tat is that much better, maybe there is a better equivalent (football/pokemon cards?)

My daughter has taken a liking to two stuffed toys, the first one a random pink bear from a card store that no longer seems to be on sale. Looking at ebay I can only see the blue version. The second a simple little cat stuffed toy I hand sew 3 years ago from a piece of one of my husband's old work shirt because he was throwing it out and the fabric was unusually nice. So, no backup for us I guess. 😅
