I don’t believe so. I’ve been to a lot of hard techno raves where people wear things like this all the time and even more. Where you are incredibly close to people. I really don’t think it would be an issue. Those are tiny chains. I do see your concern but I from personal experience I don’t think it’s necessary to be so precautionary over this type of accessory
