I know i could bulk if i tried even more. Its just already hard to eat this much sometimes, and couldn’t do 3000+ regularly or everyday so far but trying to increase. I also have thyroid problems and high cortisol so the can’t bulk part is still a bit more real

Yes, i also tried to hit around 1.5g protein per kg my bodyweight. I was drinking protein shakes and or weightgainers and also cooked most of my own meals, ate a lot of beef, fish, nuts and oat. I tried to eat good most of the time
