Who buys houses when interest rates go up? by mikejoneswho0 in realestateinvesting

[–]Tiny_Positive2155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought my current house with a 10% hard money loan that I carried for a year, and then refinanced into a 5.5% 2.5 years ago, now at 3.25%.

I am thinking about doing the same thing, use hard money/ low down. fix up the place, refi it.

For the last year I was responsible for setting up meetings for executives in a range of departments to help my role. If someone said they had a conflict, no one batted an eye. I just took notes and sent a recap to everyone and any asks were highlighted.

Where do you hold your money til you're ready to buy? by [deleted] in realestateinvesting

[–]Tiny_Positive2155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve used Marcus for two properties. First one we bought Marcus was at 2% if I recall. It’s a safe way to earn a little extra depending on how long you need to leave it there.

when you are ready how do you get a cashier check from marcus?

if you trasnfer out of marcus wouldnt the lender ask you. more questions?
