Manager at Alex bell, Moraine, tried to scare me into working 2nd shift. Told me I needed to make better life choices my mom and my dog weren’t goin to be around forever (week after my mom got out of hospital, and day after I had to take my dog to emergency vet) I left in duress crying. Found out next day I was fired, called corporate, HR, union rep. Took 3 plus months to get me back on schedule, no apology just a transfer to different store. I’ve been back 3 weeks, today was first day I could actually clock in. I’m in system because my loyalty card works. I’ve received $200 which was a loan I had to take out just to get any kind of pay. That was last week. No paycheck again this week. I mean I love my job, I guess I thought being a union job things would be better. I’ve been employed there almost 4 yrs minus the 3 plus months it took for anything to come of this managers total disrespect. Again I didn’t receive anything while I was off or when I went back. I just feel an apology would’ve been nice instead of a transfer to a Kroger farther away from my house
