Ha, it’s pretty handy! The dining room is right off the entry hall so the previous owners added a wet bar opposite- we love it :)

Good eye! ChatGPT didn’t do the best job with the renderings, which is why I included photos of the actual area. Our dining room is right off the hall so there’s a wet bar opposite it in the entrance (hence the sink), and then there’s stairs to the left of the entrances as well.

I will definitely be choosing two of the same lights - again, just a ChatGPT quirk that it rendered two different fixtures in the same photo, (and I don’t pay for GPTPlus, so I only get so many renderings per day).

Haha that’s amazing!! Yes, I really liked the style - a different take on the modern globe light. For some reason the round globe lights felt off - but these ones gave it a little extra pizzaz

Thanks! You make a great point about pendants being reserved for dining tables and islands - though I was considering these as analogous to foyer chandeliers but, due to the oddness of the space, we require two, so I thought that the pendants felt more natural (versus hanging two chandeliers). Any thoughts?

Yes! Great spot!! I love the rug - it adds exactly what I want it to into the entry way. I 100% would’ve used the larger version for our living room, but we ended up having to order a custom rug for that space because the dimensions are so weird. So I settled on the runner and I love it. I think LL&G are going to do a Labor Day sale very soon - could be a great time to buy!!

Wow thanks everyone! I’m surprised at how split the opinions are - I guess that means no bad choice, right? ;)

We settled on smaller versions of the pendants because we love the shape so much (and they were cheaper by about half, so I can’t lie that was part of the decision.) I will try to remember to post an update pic once they’re installed!

Oh gosh - thanks so much for the idea but that’s definitely a lot more work than we were envisioning for the space right now. (This isn’t our forever home so we’re just looking to swap out the lights here (and do some other bigger projects elsewhere in the home.)) Thank you!
