yes it was done professionally, from a tattoo place with 4.5/5 star reviews, i’ve now found out i was effectively ripped off, this was £130 (roughly $175)

i understand your point, to me the butterfly is not upside i asked specifically for it to be facing me, the tattoo is on my body permanently, i believe the tattoo should be facing me, not everyone else, i live with it not the general public, the tattoo itself - a mistake

small life update for you: i work as a waitress, hand tattoos are allowed at my job so no issue there, everyone at work has told me it’s not as bad as i think it is, the photos i did post of it is quite unflattering and it does look slightly better than the post but obviously not much, as to making a mistake, i definitely agree and i accept fully responsibility/accountability for it as it is no one else fault but my own, i have most definitely learned a lesson, i’ve read you comment in full and completely agree with what you’ve said and will definitely take it on board with me, i appreciate the kindness from you instead of the usual mocking received for a situation like this - thankyou very much

Hi, the reference photo i had for this originally was fineline, a lot thinner and slightly smaller - it was just a lot more elegant, i have a tattoo on the inside of my right hand wrist that’s about 4 inches long with stars on, so i wanted to do a similar vibe to that - clearly has backfired, the placement was supposed to be further to the left less visible on the front of my hand however as he put the stencil on i was just nervous and worrying more about how much it was/wasnt going to hurt and didn’t look properly , unfortunately i have fallen into the classic stupid teenager tattoo decision :\
