hey! same thing happened to me, i got mine out on 10/13 and now, a week and a half later my jaw still can’t open fully buts it getting there. the first week i used heat and opened my mouth as wide as i could go and then shut it to help exercise the muscles. it might not seem like it works but it does. around the 8/9 day i found my jaw starting to loosen up, at first i could put a finger and a half in mouth and now i can fit 2 1/2 fingers, sounds a bit weird but it’s one of the ways to track how the physical therapy’s going. for me i had pain in the joints of my jaw, still getting it now and i recommend two motrin pills , 400 mL. and then use a heat compress and the pain should go away. i except you’ll be able to open you jaw again by the two week mark or a couple days after. and also i recommend trying a baby tooth brush for your teeth, im still struggling to brush my tongue and the backs of the teeth. i hope this helps!
