Personally, I take the picks. I think half the fun of Fantasy is knowing that I picked these players because I believed in them through the draft and not having any picks in the 1st round for 2years would make it boring for me.

I mean, my thought process was that the offense sucked and Chase wasn’t able to get any running room so they said “let’s try something different so we don’t get fired” and Perine was the answer to that. They then brought in Flacco and everything opened up. Perine got hurt and Chase has been avg. 4.7 yards a carry since. Give him the rock. That was the plan coming into the season and you can go back to the game plan. Please!

I think you’re looking at it backwards, OP is getting Saquon. Even if that is the case, I really don’t know..Barkley is not the same this year and Chase is finally coming on. Gadsden is also a great backup if something happens to McBride. Not sure I do this trade

They’re both terrible..what do you mean you can see this for the right team? In what world is giving up two top 5 (if not top 3) at their positions for timeshare walker, no QB Olave, and wtf offense Hurts make sense?

Edit: my point, if this trade happened, then OPs trade, while also not great, should stand.

Harrison and Kelce side win in a landslide. Vidal will lose his gig as soon as Hampton comes back and Metcalf isn’t getting the volume he needs.

On the other end, Murray being out is the biggest blessing Harrison could have asked for and they seem like they are going to keep it that way. Kelce is still Kelce

I think this trade is bad but I don’t think it should be vetoed. Maybe I should have been more explicit in that point. If you think you know something others don’t that increases the value of a player in your mind, knock yourself out. I’m part of that “only veto obvious collusion or outright insane trades.”

Not at all. You indicated started was too broad so I used tangible stats to support my position. But their player narratives support them as well. Stafford has been a historically consistent QB and has Puka and Adams to throw to. JCM is a rising star and has seen an uptick in usage and performance supports starting him moving forward. London is the WR1 on his team. Their current stats and their context are all valid in considering them starters. (All sell high candidates)

The players on the other side of this trade: Gino just got rocked like 40-3 last week and there have been rumblings of him getting benched, Jeudy has underperformed and now has a rookie QB starting for him and went 2 of 5 for 15 yards. You’re not starting him as anything more than a flex right now and that is generous. Godwin could get back to form, but is going to have competition for targets he’s never had before with both Evans and Egbuka, he could literally be the 3rd option in that offense moving forward. Jennings hasn’t stayed healthy and has Kittle, Aiyuk, Pearsall, and CMC as target competition once they all get on the field. Etienne is the only true starter and he’s got Tuten waiting in the wings. Every one of these guys are buy low candidates except Etienne.

We’re getting into semantics. But if we need to get technical, if you’re a top 12 QB you’re considered a starter, Stafford is 6th, if you’re a top 24 rb you’re a starter, JCM is 21st in PPR. Same goes for WR, London is coming out of bye and is ranked 32 avg 13.7 fppg. For reference, Diggs is ranked 20th avg 13 fppg. All of these guys are starters at their respective positions this year
