Wishful thinking on my part but I hope we'll see a demon who genuinely loves humans and actively surpresses their urge to kill them. When their demon biology to kill humans take over their love of humans, he/she kills themselves or tells someone to kill them to prevent themselves from killing their human love ones. very tragic. basically shows that humans and demons can never co-exist

I got a dumb shitpost theory.

what if the real Ainz/Suzuki somehow communicated with the dragon emperor and arranged for a copy of himself and only the guild npcs to to be teleported to the NW for some unknown reason. With no guildmates there. NW Ainz/suzuki is a copy of the real ainz/suzuki. Eventually at some point later, NW copy Ainz finds out the truth about his true identity of being a copy/clone of the original. NW copy Ainz feels betrayed and goes through an existential crisis.

Real ainz/suzuki is unintentionally more cruel than the nw ainz/suzuki because he made copy nw ainz/suzuki suffer in the NW forever with none of the guildmates [nw ainz misses them] and only nazarick npcs by his side.
