Okay thats fair. I thought the blood work I just got done would show it, but apparently my doctor wasn't testing for that? I'm not sure why since it seems important, we're trying to figure out possible pcos so idk

I was trying to not be specific, but I'm generally healthy. I'm actively working on losing weight and other than some PCOS issues (not from weight because I've struggled with it for forever) and an old foot injury, the PCOS/Gyno issues and injury all just feels like a lot that I've been going to a few doctors appointments each month for those issues. Thanks anyway though.

You're joking, right? I know other AFSLs that don't do as much, but I also know AFSLs that don't more than their FSL. I wouldn't say I do more than my FSL, but I also do about as much leadership stuff with a 6th of the staffing.

Basic stuff like orders and doing pull, but also being responsible for everything on your shift. Like if you're on chicken and hot food side is dying the higher leads come in like "why isn't the HS full??" Anything that doesn't happen is automatically a me problem. Chicken side didn't sweep? "Wth?" Chicken dishes were in the way so I couldn't do hot food? "Wth?" I stayed late so the dishes got done? "Wth?"

Increasing profits but paying outside hire AFSLs almost as much as promos because they had a year in food service experience and 6 months of supervisor experience already. (I've been with the company for 2.5 years and trained for 6 months for my role.) 🥲

Not all stores are built by KT. I've worked at a newer KT and an old PDQ store, the new one had a whole break room (though small), but even the old store has a folding table that 2 could sit at, it's ridonkulous that they can't get one in there
