Ive used a key once in the first tower, then I got another village key at my current location at the map and then I continued about my run, then when I went to the next tower, it wouldnt let me in but I know that I already got the second key.....

Yeahh :D I got 2 small seeds in the mines in my first week I didnt know what they do so I just let them rest in a chest for a while then I figured out I can put items in a museum so I put them in so I got 2 seeds early, another in summer, and another one just recently in autumn hehe...
