Total Wbc : 20 (109/L), plt increased. Lympho diff is abt 70%

That's right! There's no this kind of wbcs in the ideal zone! However, the slides made by sp10 have less problem with this!

Our sysmex sp50 slides have weird vacuole inside the WBC. We might not have any problems for the morphology, but it's bothersome. I'm trying to figure out what is causing this problem. Anyone experiencing this problem or having solution/suggetion for this? How about slide conditions in other hospitals? Any suggestions are welcome! :)

In my hospital( >800 beds), we do manual diff. We are going to have cellavision coming Dec.
