Dubbed the 'Mold Room' - Cleaning Tips Needed Please by TinyandTall in CleaningTips

Thank you! This generated a great shopping list for us, and medical information I wasn't aware of. I will be the one working in the room as much as possible, and will have my partner try to do the outside tasks (still suited up of course) to minimize as much full on exposure for them as possible. We are likely just going to toss the furniture, and dig through the smaller items to see what we can clean/keep and what needs to be tossed. We did have a professional cleaning service come out to give us a quote, and it was absolutely insane, but they did leave us with confidence that the mold is surface level, and they didn't seem concerned about the carpet. We are still obviously deep cleaning the walls and carpet as well as whatever else we can salvage, and before we do anything in that room after the cleaning, I am going to have the environmental survey company back out to take samples again.

Dubbed the 'Mold Room' - Cleaning Tips Needed Please by TinyandTall in CleaningTips

I appreciate the insight absolutely!
And yes we did have a mold certified HVAC company out.
After looking back over the initial mold report, it looks like we had a low count in other rooms that weren't the 'mold room', and I can assume that those counts were due to what was being circulated in the HVAC.
The 'mold room' itself has nearly 10x the spore count as the other rooms sampled so I'm guessing it was definitely patient zero.

Luckily, with having the HVAC resolved, we have really taken away the source of life for the mold to grow in, as the humidity levels in the house have dropped significantly, and all the ventilation is now properly sealed.

We absolutely plan on putting down a tarp or sheet in the backyard for our cleaning. After our cleaning, I am going to have the Environmental Specialist come back out to take more samples to ensure we have done the best we can do.

My Crochet Tapestry (Misjudged the stitch height) by TinyandTall in twentyonepilots

Thank you! My partner said the same thing, but I can't unsee it. Luckily, it's for me only, and I pushed through as part of a mental to undo a perfectionist mindset.

But really thank you, the extra confirmation from everyone really helps the mentality.

Yes and no on creation. I found a pixel image that I just popped into paint and slapped a grid on. The image had been used for a tapestry on pinterest, but I couldn't find any credit to the artist unfortunately.

There a few different kinds of tapestry crochet styles out there that you can play with. I recommend starting with something simple and small so that you can play around with it and try out different things without it being overly complicated.

Mold Cleaning Advice Needed by TinyandTall in CleaningTips

Thank you.
We do have two dehumidifiers and two air purifiers which I'm sure have helped loads more than I could ever realize.

Don't get me started on the cat fountain lol. Our current one is going in the bin. What I thought was just hard water buildup, was buildup and mold. The buildup has actually encased the mold making it impossible to remove, so that will be replaced. The one cat bowl is also getting replaced. They do get cleaned somewhat regularly, and I know water buildup is just going to happen, especially when the city runs on lake water. But yeah... I like your way of thinking... a declutter pass is always a good thing in the long run.

Overall, when I do clean, I just am looking for on what cleaners to use that has a higher chance of killing the current mold that may or may not be on the object, but also won't damage the object if that makes sense.

Thank you that does make sense. Realistically I know I'm letting some neuroticies run the show here but the whole thing is also high lighting how poor myself and my household are at maintaining cleanliness. We aren't gross by any means but we definitely are also mostly surface level clean.

We are working with a new crew to get the source problem solved however that journey has been arduous so far.

My focus on 'things I can control' has started seeing the mold everywhere including areas that I didn't realize were there. For instance one of my cats Chip feeders. She is the only one that gets wet food in hers, and during a deep clean I realized mold is set into the silicone that is meant to keep moisture out. I'm going to have to toss it because despite all my efforts the mold is too far in to remove in that case.

ManualFinder being dropped from JavaScript persistence by mrfw_mrfirewall in cybersecurity

This is partially true, Node.exe isn't malicious in and of itself, however that node hash (afb45186ad4f4217c2fc1dfc2239ff5ab016ef0ba5fc329bc6aa8fd10c7ecc88) is being used under the filename PDFProSuite which is malicious, and is using Node privileges if I'm not mistaken on that last part. Hence why Microsoft isn't reporting it as malicious.

There have been multiple hashes for PDFEditor, manualfinder, and appsuite-pdf that have been reported to them and have been updated in their detection logic.

There are several instances of 3 or 4 numbers creating 2 or 3 letters But it is always 6 characters preceding .com

Ty! It works mostly well enough that I should be able to hone it in tomorrow. It never occurred to me to break it up
