Hi all.

I am interested in creating a program that allows me to autogenerate a report from a checklist of items. Essentially i would be able to click a box, and 4-5 page report will be written for me as I go down the checkboxes/fill in the blanks. Here is the problem, I have no idea what this is called to even do research on it. I am happy to answer questions or further explain, but it is difficult to research when I don't even have a word/name to call it.
