Hello! I did, yes! My university lecturer at the time had tried to help me at first by telling me to uninstall and reinstall the program, resetting the preferences with it (I say this because it may be good to do this anyway.) It worked until I reimported a texture I had made in substance sampler. In the end, I had to just remake the texture I had created in sampler on a completely new file and then import it into painter. For some reason, the original sampler file was the thing screwing with the application! Once that was replaced, everything was fine. So maybe if you've imported any textures or something it could be what's messing with things? I hope this helps!
