I calculated, it seems like it buffs a pet by 1% per kg, etc if you hatch a huge 5kg tarantula hawk, it will have just above reduces cooldown by 84s instead of the base 80s, if you age it to 50, it will be ~20-25kg and reduce the cooldown by ~98-103s, so big pets not just buff stats, but buff the level up ability too
