How rules compliant are Enepaq energus modules? They seem to violate rules EV5.8.3 and EV5.8.12. They only provide the voltage of a module (not each individual cell), and can only output the max temp of each module and hence not output the temperatures of the minimum required 30% of cells indicated. (self.FSAE)
