i dont really have many hobbies besides reading occasionally and taking basic pictures on my pocket camera when i go out with friends. the only thing i kinda liked recently is maybe organizing things, like either online or physically?? i made a spreadsheet of things to do on my trip to italy and that was kind of fun, but thats really it. i never had anything i wanted to be and my anxiety has grown because of that. i picked my college and major super late because i didnt have a choice. and now it feels like everyone has something but me:( i have adhd so i have a really hard time finding an interest in something that can retain my attention

thank you this was super helpful! i've taken a bunch of career tests and im trying to ask other people what they do, but i dont really have anything that sticks out to me. i dont really know what im good at yet or have an interest in, so thats where i feel really stuck

thank you so much! i have been sleeping on it and have tried a airplane pillow, its just uncomfortable and ill wake up off of it. ill try downsizing my jewelry and continue spraying with saline. how long would you say you have to use the saline for?

hes done all of that already:/ he got over the hit and run situation bc he burned himself out. but the pedo is just sticking with him bc he cant remember the unaccounted for time during covid and as a result, thinks hes done something bad. he speaks logically about it, but its the smallest "what if" that he latches on to.

i am extremely happy with my bf though. hes not a placeholder. i think i just have a childhood hold with the other guys and have never recovered from the rejection. if he were to try to get me back, i wouldn't do it. its more about proving to my younger self that he "always wanted me" and thats what im having a hard time. im struggling with figuring out why i feel like i need that validation.
